By Air We are just 1 hour away from regional airports at Leeds/Bradford, East Midlands and Manchester.
The new Robin Hood Doncaster airport, opened in May 2005, is 35 minutes from central Sheffield.
By Train Sheffield is at the heart of the rail network. Regular services operate between Sheffield and London St. Pancras, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham.
By Bus The University of Sheffield´s main campus is services by over 15 bus services.
By Supertram One of the easiest ways to travel to main campus is by the Supertram. The regular service stops at the railway station and the University. Tickets are purchased from the conductors on the trams.
By Coach National Express operates a coach service from various UK points to the Sheffield Transport Interchange.
By Taxi There is a taxi rank at the railway station. The journey to the main campus takes about 15 minutes and 20-25 to the Halls of Residence.

Parking Facilities
Spaces are available at each hall; however, during term time the availability is limited. Reserved spaces may be arranged for blue badge holders or for special guests. Parking is limited on main campus and we may reserve spaces in advance for you at an additional charge.
