Welcome to the SRDS webpages.....

The University of Sheffield seeks to value its staff's achievements and contribution and help them to understand their roles in the University. One of the ways in which this is done is through the Staff Review and Development Scheme.

The purpose of the scheme is to provide all staff with the opportunity to reflect and consider what they have done over the past year, to receive feedback on their contribution over the past year and to set objectives for the coming year, identifying any training and development required to support these objectives. In addition, SRDS is the route through which staff are identified for recommendation for Exceptional Contribution Awards.
